Moshe Marcus
Moshe leads MJ's strategy and day-to-day execution. He brings nearly 14 years as Director of Asset Management for a multifamily real estate portfolio, where he directed capital improvement projects, budgeting and investor reporting. At MJ he underwrites every deal and stays hands-on from acquisition through sale.
Aliza Jessurun
Aliza leads design and project management at MJ, shaping each home's finishes and layout and keeping renovations on schedule and on budget. She works alongside Moshe across every part of the business.
Benjamin Jessurun
Ben sources new opportunities and arranges financing for MJ's projects, and lends his perspective on strategy as each deal takes shape.
Hallie Marcus
Hallie keeps MJ's books and operations running, tracking every project budget, managing closings and paperwork, and making sure partners get clear, accurate reporting.
